The School
We are looking for energetic teachers with a creative mind to teach and inspire our early learner students aged 3 to 6 years old in the fascinating city of Shenyang, China.
Our international kindergarten is part of a group providing preschool education in Asia. The Job
The teachers will be trained with the ABC Methodology: Active learning, Balanced Curriculum, and Creative teaching techniques. Our teachers use English as medium of communication. All classes are taught in English except Mandarin course and a couple of complementary subjects, which are taught in both English and Chinese.
Our schools are fitted with modern technology and a fresh, inspiring design, including advanced interactive whiteboards.
Shenyang – The city
Shenyang is located in the southern part of Northeast China. Shenyang is an ancient city with more than 2,000 years of history.
Life is easier in Shenyang compared with other big cities in China. Though it is one of the ten largest cities in China, the cost of living in Shenyang is low, particularly for food and housing. Public transportation in Shenyang is easy and convenient. Our school is conveniently located in well served area of the city, close to public transportation, a cinema, a gym, and a shopping mall. Walmart, KFC, McDonald’s as well as local markets and traditional Chinese restaurants are within walking distance. Moreover, fast trains and an international airport provide convenient connections to major cities in Asia and worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
• 10 hours of teaching per week
• Office hours
• 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
• Cooperate with the CM and DOS in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation of the centre
• Carry out teaching related responsibilities
Compensation
• Excellent salary: 8,000 RMB
• Accommodation provided or allowance of 700 RMB per month
• Flight paid on completion of one year contract up to 5,000 RMB

The job
LEAP International Child Development Center, located in Beijing, is a professional organization engaged in English training and cultural communication. We have established an international environment, advanced teaching equipment and make use of the popular materials published by Oxford University Press. We focus on children’s personal development, and are now holding interviews for passionate and motivated teachers to join our close-knit team.
We believe in educating children to communicate effectively using the English language and developing their soft skills which include problem solving, persuading & negotiating, presentation, team building & leadership and teaching others, to ensure that they fully develop a range of skills in our authentic English learning atmosphere. Class sizes are capped at 10 students per class.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to teach young learners aged 2 to 12 years old in an established school with exceptional resources and a supportive teaching team.
Beijing – The city
Beijing, capital of the People’s Republic of China, is the nation’s political, economic, cultural, educational and international trade and communication center. Located in northern China, close to the port city of Tianjin and partially surrounded by Hebei Province, Beijing also serves as the most important transportation hub and port of entry in China.
Main Responsibilities
• Various teaching options of 12, 15 or 20 hours per week
• Lesson plans and materials provided by the school
• Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students
• Carry out admin duties: max 5 hours a week
• Attend centre social events
Compensation
• Excellent salary: 6.500-10,000 RMB per month depending on hours taught
• Flight allowance: 5,000 RMB payable on completion of a 12 month contract

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
