Candidates need to have 2 years of full time experience in teaching kids.Students are ages from 3-12 years old. Five days for work per week, two flexible days off during the week according to the school’s arrangement, teaching at weekends is required. The working schedule is based on 155 working hours per month of which 69 hours per month are teaching hours and the remaining 86 hours are administrative hours, about 8 working hours per day.Normally, teacher’s basic salary is 12,000-15,000rmb per month. The starting salary is at least 12000 rmb, will increase after 3 months of probation. The contract contains 3 training months contract and 12 months of emplyment contract, so the school requires to sign total 15 months contracts. You will have ONE time allowance of 1000 RMB as a Living allowance upon arrival from overseas, in addition a 5000 RMB contract completion allowance will be given to you at the successful completion of a twelve month contract in lieu of air fare reimbursement. The school will arrange to get you all the required documents that will enable you to work legally in Shanghai. School will pick you up at the airport and assist you in finding a suitable place to live.This training school is currently only looking for candidates from Native English speakers.
