The curriculum is unique to this schooland uses the Total Immersion method of educating. If you have little experience in thisstyle of teaching, a full training package is offered before you start.The school, located in Central Tianjin attracts the Adults and Business professionals.You should be experienced in all ages with a preference toward Business/Adult education.As this school is a legally licensed company for hiring foreign teachers, you will be required to comply with the visa regulations:- Under 55 years old, BA Degree holder, Native English speaking country passport holder, TEFL certificate holder and at least 2 years working experience .This company will be able to extend those of you on a working visa already and can convert Business/Tourist visas to working visas, although, depending on the city you work in you may be required to travel to Hong Kong to complete the final stage if your converting from a Tourist/Business to working visa.The teaching schedule is fixed, save additional classes and scheduled over a 6day week. Classes may be scheduled between 9am to 9pm and will be arranged in groups of 3/4 classes . There are no office hours required.The probation salary is calculated hourly and paid as a part time role. Probation is 2/3x months and depending on the number of classes you can earn 8-10000RMB per month.The salary following probation is generally 10000-12000RMB per month for 18-25hours per week teaching. The package also includes, Medical Insurance, Paid taxi fares for corporate classes , yearly performance bonus and 12 days paid vacation per year.We are interviewing now for this role and accepting teachers to start immediately.
