Bayuquan is the development zone of Yingkou City, Liaoning province.It’s part of the ‘5 points one line’ government development policy, which means we are seeing extremely rapid development here.It’s an exciting time to be here as they expect the population to increase from 500,000 to 1 million in the next year. It’s clean, easy to get around and the people are friendly. Due to the rapid expansion there are thousands of new homes which are built to an excellent standard, meaning your living conditions will be better than larger cities.There are currently only a few foreigners in the city, which will give you minor celebrity status. If there is a downside, it is that you don’t get the home comforts here like Starbucks, McDonalds or Subway which you do see in larger cities .There is however a new world class theatre which shows everything including Bollywood, orchestras and the Russian ballet. There is also a brand new fully stocked library which has an excellent cafe. Bayuquan is located between Dalian and Shenyang, two of the biggest and most important cities in the northeast of China.Thanks to the newly completed fast train it’s possible to get to Dalian in around 30-40 minutes and Shenyang in around an hour.There are 4 distinct seasons where it is cold and dry in the winter, but the summers are warm, sunny and all round beautiful.This British style English Training School has been open for almost 3 years in Bayuquan and over this time they had built an excellent reputation as the best school for learning English in the city.Class sizes are 8-15 students per class, the students age group are from 3-16 years old,their level of English is very good. You’ll find you’ll quickly be able to have a conversation in your lessons and thus making this center a really rewarding place to work as well.You’ll have Monday and Tuesday as fixed days off and will be expected to teach around 24 teaching hours a week with 16 office hours.The salary will start with 7000RMB/Month with 3 months probation ; for teachers with solid experience of teaching kindergarten children, the starting salary will go up to 8000RMB/Month. After the probations You will get 8000-10000RMB / Month for a year contract. Experienced teachers will get 9000-10000rmb/month.As a full memeber teacher, you will get 6000rmb as the tickets reimbursemenet after you complete one year contract.The center will support you the working visa, what’s more, the center will offer you the free accommodation exclude utilities and management fee.However, if teachers are willing to renew contract, the salary will be reviewed yearly. Bayuquan,Yingkou is a very cheap city and you’ll find your salary goes a long way here. Ans it is a seaside town, where on one side you have sandy beaches, and on the other side are mountains.Theres also a river that runs through the middle of the city. There are a number of nice scenic spots, such as Wang Er Mountain, Century Square and Qing Long Mountain park. Also this city is famous for it’s natural hotsprings where you can go and relax.For this position we only accept English native teachers.
