Party B:
I . Tasks
1. Party B have to finish the teaching tasks of 18 periods (45 minutes per period) a week provided by Party A according to the assigned contract. Party B will be forbidden to teach outside the institute without Party A’s permission and has to obey the rules of the assigned contract. After fulfilling the assigned teaching task, Party B may teach outside under the condition of the permission of Party A and must sign a necessary and relevant contract. If Party B will have taught more classes than 20 periods a week provided by Party A, Party A will pay Party B RMB 100 yuan per period (45 minutes per period) as the overtime work payment.
2. If necessary Party A arranges Party B to teach oral English classes and offers payment to Party B during summer or winter vocation.
3. Party B is responsible for attending the English Corner activity on campus which is held by Party A.
Ⅱ. Salary
1. Party A shall fix Party B a monthly salary of RMB 6000 yuan according to his professional abilities, the work assigned, his educational and professional background.
2. Party B’s salary shall be paid regularly on the 15th of each month covering the period of 1st to the end of the month. It shall begin from the day of 1st Sep., 2012 till the day when Party B terminates this contract. If Party B wants to leave before the expiry of contract, the payment should be paid according to the number of days at the rate of daily pay ( the average daily amount of one monthly salary ).
Ⅲ. Travel expenses
Party A pays Party B an economic class international round-way air tickets. Party A will separately pay Party B the traveling free RMB 2200 yuan in two times. If Party B violates this contract, Party B must return the air ticket fees and travel expense to Party A.
IV. Medical treatment
Party A purchases the medical insurance for Party B during the employment period.Party B may share medical treatment in the institute hospital for minor illnesses such as cold, fever and cough, etc. If Party B is hospitalized, all the expenses including checking up fees, treatment fees and hospitalized fees should be born by Party B.
V. Telephone and internet fees
Party A provides Party B with one telephone machine and a computer with internet.
VI. Holidays
Party B will enjoy Chinese legal holidays according to the rules of China and one day on Christmas.
VII. Accommodation
1. Party A offers Party B an apartment with one bedroom, one sitting room, one study, one kitchen and one bathroom. The accommodation and electrical-appliances are perfectly equipped.
2. After living in the assigned apartment, Party B has to use all the accommodation and electrical-appliances correctly. If the electrical-appliances are damaged, due to the willful neglect or intentional acts of Party B, and excluding natural wear and tear, Party B has to pay for the compensation.
3. Without Party A’s permission, Party B can not let anyone live in the apartment.
4. Party B should leave the campus within 10 days after Party B terminates this contract. Party B prolongs to live on the campus under Party A’s permission.
