We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Beijing. To thrive in this role you must love variety, be able to work independently, communicate well and be super organized. Good writing skills, software skills (Microsoft Office etc.) and knowledge of accounting/administrative managment practises is a plus.

A degree in Business Administration or related would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Daily office maintenance including liasing building management, cleaning services and other contractors
Maintenance of office supplies including stationary, snacks and other housekeeping
Management of documents and files, including scanning and archiving electronic versions
Managing the weekly lunch budget, ensuring the team gets lunch on time!
Reception of guests and visitors. As the ‘Director of First Impressions’ it’s important you convey a positive experience for all guests and visitors
Coordination of internal activities such as birthday celebrations & company outings
Financial and accounting support including payment processing and communicating regularly with our bank
Supporting documentation needed for license updates, annual examinations and other applications when needed
Supplying personal assistance and fulfilling other duties to the management team

You should be thirsty for knowledge and have the ability to apply your skills. As collaboration is essential you must have good written and oral English and Chinese. You will work with amazingly talented artists and developers in an energetic, international working environment where the work you do is enjoyed by millions of people worldwide.

As part of a dynamic and welcoming international team of professional teachers, you will be responsible for teaching oral English in a training centre environment in the coastal city Ningbo.

We’re looking for professional individuals, able to commit a minimum of 1 year contract to teach students from (4-16yrs) Kindergarten to Middle school age group, there may be some classes teaching adults subject to interview and availability.

The teaching schedule comprises of 40 hours per week, with no more than 20 hours in the classroom. Offering 2x days off per week (during the week) as standard.

A fully furnished, western standard, clean and modern apartment will be offered. Expect a room-mate to keep you company or enjoy the option of an additional 1000RMB allowance if you would like to find your own apartment. Provided apartments are conveniently located very near the school where you will be working and will include lifts/elevators in all situations. Nearby, expect a vast number of convenience stores, recreation facilities, parks and convenient transport routes.

You will receive second to none in terms of benefits; These include, paid holiday ( roughly 1 month per year ), Return flight allowance (9,000RMB /year), Working (Z) Visa, free Chinese lessons, full medical, accidental and personal property insurance to ensure you are more than adequately insured.

The salary comprises of a range of benefits; where your base salary starts at 6500RMB for three months probation. On the 4th month of your work, you will receive 7000RMB. A quarterly bonus of 1000RMB, as well as a yearly bonus of 3000RMB will be offered based on teacher’s good performance review. Thus, you will be receiving 6000RMB in total for an academic year.
