We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Beijing. To thrive in this role you must love variety, be able to work independently, communicate well and be super organized. Good writing skills, software skills (Microsoft Office etc.) and knowledge of accounting/administrative managment practises is a plus.

A degree in Business Administration or related would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Daily office maintenance including liasing building management, cleaning services and other contractors
Maintenance of office supplies including stationary, snacks and other housekeeping
Management of documents and files, including scanning and archiving electronic versions
Managing the weekly lunch budget, ensuring the team gets lunch on time!
Reception of guests and visitors. As the ‘Director of First Impressions’ it’s important you convey a positive experience for all guests and visitors
Coordination of internal activities such as birthday celebrations & company outings
Financial and accounting support including payment processing and communicating regularly with our bank
Supporting documentation needed for license updates, annual examinations and other applications when needed
Supplying personal assistance and fulfilling other duties to the management team

You should be thirsty for knowledge and have the ability to apply your skills. As collaboration is essential you must have good written and oral English and Chinese. You will work with amazingly talented artists and developers in an energetic, international working environment where the work you do is enjoyed by millions of people worldwide.

You should have a minimum of two years experience in managing an office, excellent writing skills, basic software skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) and knowledge of accounting and administrative management practices.

A degree in Business Administration or related would be an advantage.

Responsibilities :

Facilitate the smooth running of our office
Develop and implement new administrative processes
Balance office budgets
Maintain stationary supplies, equipment, arranging for necessary repairs
Arrange travel, meetings and appointments
Review and update health and safety policies and ensure they are observed
