Kids training school ESL teacher in Hainan Island

Most of our students are in primary (elementary) school, but some are in secondary (middle and high) school. If you like helping children to learn English, you will get many opportunities at Longingsun Haikou.

Our school regularly holds outdoor classes and special events, so our ideal candidate is someone who not only is passionate about teaching, but also enjoys teaching anywhere, anytime.
Teachers at Longingsun Haikou receive:
· a salary of around 9000-10000 RMB a month;
Accommodation compensation;
After contract Bonus5000 RMB;
10000RMB for resigning contract when the first contract finish;
a working visa.

Teachers at our school should:
· be native speakers of English;
· possess a degree in English or a related
· have some teaching experience;
· love children and be patient;
· enjoy working as part of a team.

CRCC Asia arranges programs in China for both students and graduates. Every aspect of the programs are organised, from visas, accommodation, culture training, survival Chinese lessons, a weekend at a local charity, to many social and business networking events.

We also offer a two-week intensive China Business & Finance Course in conjunction with KPMG, Lehman Brown and many more. You will spend one week in Beijing and one week in Shanghai to experience the best of both cities. You will take part in a schedule of seminars and site visits, to understand finance in the fastest growing economy of the world.

A Chinese Language Program departing once a month allows you to learn Mandarin in a Chinese environment. You will take part in classes run by the renowned Chinese Language school, ‘That’s Mandarin’ and you will then put your new skills into practice.

You can expect to build the following skills during your internship in China, and we actively encourage companies to involve interns in as many areas of the business as possible.

* Research skills – most companies will ask you to complete some form of research project during your internship, it could draw upon your area of expertise, or it could be a new topic. You may be exposed to new research methods and sources.

* Communications skills – You will sometimes be working as part of a multinational team on various projects and can expect your communication skills to improve, along with essential skills such as cultural sensitivity.

* Presentation skills – You may be asked to present your research, findings or opinions to your supervisor or other senior members of the company. This will build your confidence and presentation skills.

* Client exposure – We encourage companies to take interns to business meetings and to allow them to experience contact with clients. This is not guaranteed, but many of our interns come home having had this experience.

* Industry specific knowledge – Whatever sector you choose to work in, you will gain industry specific knowledge and understanding, which can significantly improve future employability.

* Social skills – Outside of work hours, interns are often treated to lunches, dinners and nights out by their colleagues. Alongside new work friends, CRCC Asia interns normally become a close group and take full advantage of all that Beijing and Shanghai has to offer.
