Position Overview
– Primary Job Responsibilities:
 Educational consultants are to guide the student down his/her individual education pathway from application to admission.

– Principal duties will consist of but not be limited to:
 Client reception and customer service
 1 on 1 consultation and training with clients for all application packages and It will consist of but not be limited to:
 Contacting schools
 Helping client supervise and compile necessary application materials
 Directing and helping client finish his/her Resume, Personal statement/Essay, Recommendation letters
 Guiding client’s Mock Interview
 Visa interview preparation
(Please Note: Educational Consultants mainly focus on improvement of client’s abilities and skills, we do not ghostwrite any articles for client)

– Qualifications
 Master degree and above (degree will not be limited to any programs; Top American/Canadian/ European university preferred, In-School student is also considered )
 Excellent English language speaking, reading, and writing skills
 Strong communication skills, both oral and written, the ability to work in a multicultural office environment, and the ability to work to deadline both on one’s own initiative and in teams
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 A strong interest in education and facilitating communication between China and the West, as well as a desire to help students achieve their educational and professional goals
 A working understanding of the American higher-education system and the application process
 The ability to remain flexible and adapt to unexpected situations as they arise

Position Overview
– Primary Job Responsibilities:
 Educational consultants are to provide clients with a full curriculum of school consultations and guide the student down his/her individual education pathway from application to admission.

– Principal duties will consist of but not be limited to:
 Client reception and customer service
 Administering The Pathway ® Diagnostic
 Interpreting Diagnostic results
 Service package selection and signing
 School tranche selection
 1 on 1 consultation and training with clients (in Chinese and English)
 School research and development of client portfolio
 Editing client’s personal statement
 Helping client compile necessary application materials
 Administering training workshops
 Contacting schools
 Assisting client in filling out school applications
 Post-departure plan management and development
 Submitting school applications
 Visa interview preparation

– Qualifications
 University degree and above (American/Canadian university preferred)
 Excellent English language speaking, reading, and writing skills (native English speaker a plus)
 Excellent Chinese language speaking, reading, and writing skills
 Strong communication skills, both oral and written, the ability to work in a multicultural office environment, and the ability to work to deadline both on one’s own initiative and in teams
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 A strong interest in education and facilitating communication between China and the West, as well as a desire to help students achieve their educational and professional goals

Responsibilities
· Oversee, conceptualize, design, and plan the subjects or features related to the entire process of applying overseas schools (specifically master degrees in business related majors) for the Channel/forum on www.sharewithu.com/bbs
· Initiate, coordinate, write, edit and post threads for the Channel including translating related topics and subjects from English websites to Chinese
· Partner with the rest of Public Online team/other Channels to develop a user driven community, and incorporate innovation into daily activities
· Organize and provide in time current hot issues and topics to ShareWithU newsletters and digital magazines
· Market, promote and advertise related contents to other websites, and/or through emails, newsletters and digital magazines of ShareWithU to drive traffic to the forum
· Work with product team and technical team to optimize user experience
· Recruit, manage, guide and allocate work to several part time assistant editors including, but not limited to relevant information gathering, thread writing, editing and posting, participating in promotional activities, and etc.
· Recruit, organize and maintain relationship with board moderators, and promote the sense of belongings to ShareWithU among board moderators

Qualifications:
We are looking for a strong team player with a positive, energetic and “can-do” attitude. The candidate should possess the following education, experience, and skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree. MBA / Master in Business related Majors preferred.
· Involved / is involving in the process of applying overseas schools personally and took IBT/TOEFL, GMAT/GRE, IELTS or plan to take the above mentioned tests in the near future.
· Pay additional attention to details and customer-oriented
· Self-starter and promoter especially in a long-distance working environment
· Familiarize with Microsoft office and email system
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
· An understanding and interest in current social media development
