Duties and responsibilities:
1. Social Networking websites:
 Responsible for two social networks
a) Create a profile
b) Update the profile every day
c) Find fans/followers/members/friends
d) Search for new, interesting content to be uploaded
e) Keep everyone motivated to upload content
 Participation to other websites
2. On-line promotion:
a) Make a list of potential schools, universities, communities, etc.
b) Contact them
c) Keep customers’ data base
3. Wordoor website:
a) Be online as a language partner
b) Create and upload content (also for the social networking websites)
c) Give feedback, ideas and suggestions to improve Wordoor new website
d) Send out invitations
e) Translate the website’s content
4. Marketing and promotion activities:
i. Market analysis and market research
ii. Find partners & institutions to work with
iii. Elaboration of marketing documents
5. Entrepreneurship or project management:
 Find and share ideas and manage the realization of these ideas
 Think of new ways of expanding Wordoor
6. Events:
i. Look for good networking events in Shangai
ii. Participation in events and promote Wordoor

7. Additional:
 Attend meetings
 Create marketing promotional material
 Be friendly and motivated member of staff
