Job Description:
Looking for a western assistant restaurant manager. Responsibilities include: inviting guests to the restaurant, introducing the menu, solving customers’ complaints, managing day-to-day operations, training staff, etc.

Requirements:
– age: 25 and older
– fluent English, some Chinese or knowledge of other languages is a plus
– good communication skills
– experience in direct sales, restaurant or catering industry
– able to work on flexible schedule.

Our client is a young and dynamic consulting company based in Shanghai. They offering different services such as incorporating company, production consulting and trade.

This internship is for duration 4 month. At the end of the internship, the intern might get proposed for a full time job

Here are some skills our client would like intern get:

+ Good English spoken, written and read skills

+ Good knowledge of internet and computer software such as :
– Windows
– Office: Word, Excel
– E-mail: Thunderbird, Outlook
– Internet Browser: Internet Explorer, Firefox

Some skills such as knowing
– the basic of HTML coding and syntax
– using Photoshop
would be an advantage.

+ Excellent knowledge of usability / user experience
+ Experienced in collaborating with factories
+ Fluency in English.
+ Some working experience in a trading or consulting company

Main tasks:

+ Contact with supplier and operate request for quotation, catalog request and communication
+ Input data in database according to manager requirement.
+ Answer call
+ Operating Internet research according to manager requirement to find new supplier.
+ Any other tasks assigned by manager regarding business purpose
