Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be:
• a native English speaker
• with a Master’s degree or above
• a TESOL/TEFL certificate or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years or more teaching experience preferred

Building Construction
This course is to discover basic theory of building construction and to introduce building space composition and combination, building constructions including walls, doors, windows and heat preservation, along with procedure and basic methods of building design. Through the course, students will be acquainted with basic principles, design theory and methods of building construction.

Civil Engineering Construction
This course is devoted to teaching basic knowledge, methods and various technical manual during civil engineering construction, with an emphasis on earthworks, structural concrete engineering, structural installation engineering, water proofing work, construction organization design etc.

Route Survey and Design
This course focuses on road plane design, road profile design, road cross-sectional design, road planning and design, road intersection design, road survey, through which, students can master road design theory and methods comprehensively and systematically.

Surveying
This course covers measurements of distance, elevation and angle, contours, topography, vertical and horizontal curves, cut and fill, grading, sight distances and design requirements. Students will also learn the layout of right-of-way for railroads, highways and streets. After complete this course, students will gain the experience of interpretation of maps in engineering.

Course description:
Cost Accounting
This course highlights the learning of functions and types of cost accounting, fundamental principles of cost accounting system design and cost accounting methods. The emphases also go to comparison and application of costing methods including job costing, process costing and classification costing.

Managerial Accounting
This course emphasizes the use of accounting information for internal purposes as opposed to the external disclosure focus of the financial accounting course. The design of management accounting systems for planning and controlling operations and for motivating personnel is covered. The course integrates accounting with ideas from microeconomics, data analysis, decision analysis, finance, and operations management.
