Recruit Porting: Manager of Market Development Department: Marketing and Business Development Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Beijing, China ( Dabei office building, CBD, Chaoyang District )

OBJECTIVES:
Design marketing activities and campaigns to elevate website’s brand equity and visibility; Contact, build and manage new B2B relationships/partnerships with external companies and organizations; Develop and manage community based interactive sections of websites.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Native English speaker; Minimum one year (demonstrated) editing/writing experience; A minimum one year of living experiences in China, preferably in Beijing; University degree;
Outstanding skills in written and spoken English; Excellent communication skills; IT skills and keen interest in the web highly desirable; Keen interest in local culture and entertainment; Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure; Experience and/or qualifications in journalism preferred; Proficiency in mandarin an asset in consideration (love Chinese also nice); Work with colleagues to optimize the website for search engines including link-building, link optimization, up-dating website tagging, design contents for search ranking, increase ranking in Alexa; Manage the web-based interactive community sections including forum, classified ads; we need you re-write articles with TBS (The best spinner, this is a software about spinning articles, you can know the specific from this site:www.thebestspinner.com ), articles from internet; We need you correct grammar mistakes, fixed website faults, like: wrong spelling, wrong grammar; Design marketing activities and campaigns to elevate website’s brand equity and visibility; Contact, build and manage new B2B relationships/partnerships; with external companies and organizations; Develop and manage community based interactive sections of websites; Help us do some business service if it necessary; Promote CBG site via facebook, twitter, digg, linkedin, stumbleupon…more and more useful sites.
