Tasks Description:
Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies and programs that drive revenue generation, build company visibility. Interns will work with a myriad of projects, assisting in both Topview’s consulting and education businesses.
•Identify and manage new business opportunities through email marketing, attending international exhibitions or other events or networking occasions to promote the company and its services, proposal creation, enquiry responses
•Interaction with clients, meetings and presentations
•Develop and deliver marketing communications programs including marketing collateral, public relations and online strategy creation and management (corporate website, blogs, professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, social media, etc)
•Conduct market research for developing projects and manage project’s progress, contact databases, etc.
•Help maintain clientele list, including regular follow-ups and communication
•Provide support for various project managers, as needed
•Other work as assigned, involving international communication

Requirements:
•Advanced/fluent English speaker, with excellent oral communication skills
•Excellent written English skills, a background in journalism/ literature/ politics/ history, experience editing and polishing English documents
•Relevant marketing, business or communications qualifications preferred, demonstrated experience in new business development initiatives and activities
•Excellent organizational and planning skills, must be able to multitask
•Previous experience working in Asia would be highly beneficial
•Mandarin skills are NOT necessary

Job Summary:
Develop new clients and service existing clients. Cooperate with Chinese buyers to close purchase deals with clients.

Requirements:
– Your German language is at native level with little accent. Your spoken and written English are fluent. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

– You are planning to stay in Shanghai or in China for at least 2 years.
– You are fully aware that a commercial position has to be linked to bottom line.
– You are graduates of a business school or equivalent. But it’s not a must.
– You possess capabilities for analysis and synthesis.
– You have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are able to develop and deliver presentations. You are able to create, compose, and edit written materials.
– You are service-minded. You listen to client’s needs and try every way to solve their problems.
– You are a good negotiator. You are able to persuade and influence others. You know how to close a deal.
– You have strong motivation. You can work independently without much supervision.
– You are persistent. You have high-level stress resistance. You are rigor in monitoring projects.
– You are willing to work a flexible schedule and travel occasionally.

Reporting Relationships:
This position reports to sales manager
Remuneration:
– Basic salary is based on experience of the applicant and is scalable according to sales performance.
– Commission is directly linked to the operating margin and with no cap.

Others: After 3-month probation, you have 20 working days’ annual leave per year.
