General Task List
Operations Director:
-Oversee all aspects of TopEDU’s operations in China and internationally
-Direct team to enhance internal operations and improve productivity
-Supervise the intake of teachers and interns and their placement schools/companies
-Ensure quality relations amongst staff, clients and host schools/companies
-Compose TopEDU Annual Report (January)
-Direct the upkeep of the company’s website
-Maintain morale amongst staff, partners and clients
-Manage the company’s financial status and reports
Business Development:
-Supervise international business development teams (in China and abroad)
-Initiate and foster collaborations and partnerships between international institutions and like-minded agencies (sending partners)
-Develop proposals for partner collaborations
-Travel to international conferences to attract new partners and enhance existing partner relations
-Oversee company partnership negotiations in China and abroad
-Create new related programs to diversify business
Marketing:
-Direct international marketing campaigns for all of TopEDU’s programs and other company programs
-Supervise international marketing teams – in China and abroad
-Social media, website, recruitment sites, university postings and other marketing campaigns
-Propose, analyze and track marketing expenditures
-Compose quarterly TopEDU Marketing Report and Proposed Action Plan
-February, May, August, November

Requirements:
-Fluent English speaker in both speaking and writing, native speaker preferred
-Mandarin Chinese speaking is useful, but not required
-Strong interpersonal communication skills, including sales and customer relations
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing or relevant field
-Strong abilities in multi-tasking and excellent organizational skills
-Good leadership qualities and team management experience
-Familiar with online digital/social marketing
-Advanced in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Publisher, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator is preferred
-Experience working with website management is useful
-Professional customer service with good presentation skills
-Experience conducting interviews and making formal business calls is preferred
-Be very detail oriented
-Tech-savvy is helpful

Business Development & Marketing Assistant

Tasks Description:
Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies and programs that drive revenue generation, build company visibility. Interns will work with a myriad of projects, assisting in both Topview’s consulting and education businesses.
•Identify and manage new business opportunities through email marketing, attending international exhibitions or other events or networking occasions to promote the company and its services, proposal creation, enquiry responses
•Interaction with clients, meetings and presentations
•Develop and deliver marketing communications programs including marketing collateral, public relations and online strategy creation and management (corporate website, blogs, professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, social media, etc)
•Conduct market research for developing projects and manage project’s progress, contact databases, etc.
•Help maintain clientele list, including regular follow-ups and communication
•Provide support for various project managers, as needed
•Other work as assigned, involving international communication

Requirements:
•Advanced/fluent English speaker, with excellent oral communication skills
•Excellent written English skills, a background in journalism/ literature/ politics/ history, experience editing and polishing English documents
•Relevant marketing, business or communications qualifications preferred, demonstrated experience in new business development initiatives and activities
•Excellent organizational and planning skills, must be able to multitask
•Previous experience working in Asia would be highly beneficial
•Mandarin skills are NOT necessary
