Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities:

1) Analyse, assess and evaluate our current business processes and identify places for improvement.
2) Modify/improve our current business processes or design new processes, so as to improve our performance and business results.
3) Coach and direct department managers on how to use and manage the new or improved business processes.
4) Make sure the revamped or new business processes are well understood by relevant personnel and followed through.

Requirements:

1) 4 or more years business experience with at least 2 years directly responsible for process improvement and/or quality.
2) Experience with Baldrige, Six Sigma, and Lean, etc.
3) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
4) Ability to communicate with all levels of management.

Reporting Relationships: This position will report to CEO/CFO

Remuneration: Negotiable

Location: Shanghai

Others: 20 days annual leave after probation
