Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Furniture Designer who can create stylish and practical products for the purpose of hotel and resident usage particularly for European and American markets. The Furniture Designer will be responsible in the following areas.

> To research and plan various styles of furniture design
> To have knowledge of suitable materials (such as wood, metal, plastic, textiles & etc.) and select them to adapt to furniture production
> To discuss designs with customers or manufacturers
> To work on sample design by CAD, sketches or hard prototypes
> To supervise and check furniture designs to make sure they are aligned with customers’ demands

Requirements:

> University diploma holder (specializing in Furniture Design is preferred)
> Over 1 year’s experience in furniture designing is preferred
> Fluent in English
> Creative, self-organized, teamwork-oriented, open-minded

Reporting Relationships: Reports to Product Marketing Manager

Remuneration: Negotiable

Location: Shanghai
