We are an E-commerce company, located in Shanghai, and our main target is the on-line retailing of products such as Dancing clothes and accessories, as well as garments for men and women, etc. Our operations are carried on-line, in which we receive the orders from customers around the world, then we acquire the respective product in China and finally we ship it to the final customer.
Working Field: International Trade/ E-commerce
Work Location: Xuhui District, Shanghai
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience or Current university student or recently majored in business, economics, international relations or a related major.
The position we are looking, would be as a general assistant, managing daily orders and pick up of products to and from our offices, dealing with shipping companies, updating description content in our website, editing images and pictures in Photoshop, and daily translation and any other tasks assigned.
Your job would be to perform day to day tasks as required by the management: basic documents keeping, organizing meetings and traveling, office tasks and making sure everything is running smoothly.
For this role you must be and have the following skills:
• Have good English ability both spoken and written
• Previous Experience not required. Be eager to learn and improve, good attitude.
* Market Research on products in China, Purchasing and quality control follow up
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Photoshop, Data entry, Office management, Documentation and filling, etc..
• Great organizational skills
º Ready to work on a flexible time table.
The salary is 3000 RMB not negotiable.
