Our company is looking for a suitabily qualified production manager with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in managing a busy factory environment manufacturing wooden products in a facility of 12000m2 with 150 staffan ability to speak and write English in an excellent way
Contract time 12 months will be extended to a full time position if the candidate is succesfull in time

Location Zhanjiang China
We are an Irish Company with a manufacturing facility in Zhanjiang China and we are looking for a Production Manager
The person has to have a number of years working in a proven factory plant in the manufacturing sector We are looking for a dynamic person able to work on there on their own initiave and to motivate a skilled workforce and to ensure that orders are produced on time all the time with a consistent quality
The succesfull candidate will be responsible for
Implementing and keeping quality control standards
Monitoring production process and adjusting schedules as needed
Solving problems that may arise and putting in place new ideas in production
Delagation of duties and to put in place an inhouse training programme for new workers
Co-ordenation of all departments to work to a common goal producing and finish orders
Dealing with foreign customers and position may lead to Sales and higher management position
Good English and Chinese orally and written
There is a work force of about 150 workers and the person would be responsible in leading these people
Full training will be given and the factory is currently producing managed by European management
Our Production facility is newly built over 15000m2
Our production is in the wooden goods Doors skirtings architraves exporting to Ireland UK Austrailia Spain Germany.
Weekly reports to HQ on production and direction of factory
