About the company
The firm is a high-tech company, which specialized in design, manufacturing and sales of thin-film solar cells and modules of Amorphous (a-Si) and CIGS, solar power system of on-grid and off-grid Buildings Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) and power plant.
We are looking for 1 sales director who can speak Chinese and either English, German, Spanish, French or Italian. The location is in Qingdao, China;
The annual salary is form 50,000EUR to 100,000EUR + commission + compensation;

Job Description
-Establishing international marketing network, making marketing development and sales strategies, after-sale Service, and general management of daily business;
-Taking charge of foreign market development, advertising, brand management strategy;
-A good team player and willingness to cooperate with the international sales team;
-Develop and complete the annual marketing plan for the company
-Identify, initiate, and maintain relationships with strategic customers;

Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or above with major in business, international trade or marketing
-5+ years of working experience in sales
-Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English, and fluent in another European language (German and Spanish highly preferred).
-Experience working with international markets and cross-functional teams
-Familiar with international business and laws
-Strong analytical mindset, ability to convert facts into insights and strong negotiating skills
-Solar working experience is required (Experience in Europe and US is preferred)
-Professional knowledge about thin-film solar cells

1. 大型太阳能电池生产企业国际市场营销工作经验;
2. 有欧美工作经验者优先;
常规知识:
1. 国际贸易;
