Job Title: Financial Analyst

Based: Shanghai

Scope of role:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the financial evaluation and pre-audit work for investment projects in the company. The position will assist in the management and organization of the entire project.

Requirements:

• Experience in investment banking or audit fields.
• Project Management experience is a plus
• University degree in accounting or finance
• Familiar with US GAAP and PRC GAAP
• Oral and written fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the actual business climate and culture in China.
• Persistent in resolving issues in finding solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates sales ability
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft office including Excel

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-audit evaluation of investment projects including review of balance sheet reconciliations and margin profiles.
• Assist in the financial modeling by identifying and validating key business driver variables.
• Assist in the communication between Finance Director and key stakeholders.
• Preparing supporting documentation for negotiation and presentation.
• Interviewing management teams and leading calls with customers and suppliers
