Job Description
As a foreign teacher in Sinchin International English School, you will be working with the local teachers and teacher assistants, to plan and teach students (2-12 years old) in our school according to our syllabus. You will also be assisting in the teacher training and public events to support and improve the learning results, as well as the development of the school.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the planning and execution of the various lessons and/or admission operations and exercises (e.g. Lessons in different levels, Placement Test, Marketing event lessons, Demonstration lessons) to facilitate school daily management and developing strategies.
2. Working with the team to make lesson plans according to different age groups and levels
3. Implement lesson plans accordingly and work with your teacher assistant on communication with the parents
4. Preparing and updating communications in areas related to public placement which include public demonstration lessons, internet pages, etc.
5. Participating department training and make improvement of teaching skills
6. Conducting regular reviews of existing processes and enhancement of the course package, including the updating of lesson plans to incorporate all new educational improvement

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in language teaching related majors
2. Min two years of relevant working experience. Certificate of TEFL, TESOL or TESL
3. Certificate of Non-criminal records authorized by your national police bureau
4. Forms of Physical Examination authorized by your state hospital
5. Personal CV is required, and a reference letter from your previous employers or schools preferred
6. Good communication skills and children oriented
7. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and a good team builder
8. Passionate and committed
9. Able to use Microsoft Words, Power Point, Excel, and Smartboard
10. Only native speakers will be considered, such as people from USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, etc.
